Day 1: Marrakech – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
Your journey begins with an 8:00 AM pickup from Marrakech. Travel through the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass with several photo stops along the way. Visit Telouet and explore its historic 17th-century kasbah. Enjoy lunch at a tranquil oasis accompanied by a traditional Berber Folklore Show. Continue with a 1.5-hour drive to the famous Ait Ben Haddou, an 11th-century UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, visit the renowned Atlas Film Studios before heading to Ouarzazate for an overnight stay at a hotel.


Day 2: Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Alnif – Merzouga (Erg Chebbi)
After breakfast, depart at 9:00 AM and journey along the enchanting Draa River, one of Morocco’s longest rivers. Stop to admire traditional adobe kasbahs and Berber villages nestled in the valley. Enjoy lunch in Alnif, followed by a two-hour drive to Merzouga. Pause to admire the majestic sand dunes of Erg Chebbi and visit the Gnaoua people known for their unique music and culture. Then, set off on a two-hour camel trek into the dunes to reach your desert camp. Spend the night under the stars in a traditional Berber tent.


Day 3: Erg Chebbi – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
Wake early to catch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, ride your camel back to Auberge L’Étoile des Dunes where you can freshen up with a shower. Depart Merzouga for the dramatic Todra Valley and Todra Gorges. Enjoy lunch at the gorge, followed by scenic stops through the Dades Valley, including the distinctive “Monkey Fingers” rock formations. Overnight stay at a hotel in the Dades Gorge.


Day 4: Dades Gorges – Rose Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After breakfast, begin your return journey at 9:00 AM via the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. Travel through the beautiful Rose Valley and visit the Skoura Oasis, home to an authentic 17th-century kasbah. Stop at the Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate, the former residence of the Glaoui family, and enjoy lunch in town. Conclude your trip with a scenic four-hour drive back to Marrakech, including photo stops along the Tizi n’Tichka Pass.
