Along the way, we’ll pause to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes before arriving in the picturesque town of Chefchaouen, nestled at the foot of the Rif Mountains. Known for its striking blue-washed buildings, Chefchaouen’s medina reflects Spanish architectural influences from its time under Spanish rule. We begin at the impressive Royal Palace gates, followed by the Mellah (Jewish Quarter), home to Morocco’s first Jewish community from the 16th century. Our guided tour includes visits to key historical sites: the University of Al Quaraouiyine (the oldest university in the world), the colorful Chouara Tanneries, the Attarine Madrasa, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. After lunch, explore local artisan cooperatives and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Fes Medina.
