Cancellation Policy – Morocco Itinerary Days

cancellation policy : At Morocco Itinerary Days, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience. Please review our payment and cancellation policies carefully before confirming your reservation.

Payment Process :

To secure your booking, a deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid on the first day of your tour. Deposit amounts are determined by our management based on the type of tour and the time remaining before departure.

A booking contract with Morocco Itinerary Days is confirmed only when the deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent. The lead traveler making the reservation is responsible for accepting these terms on behalf of all members of their travel party.

General Cancellation Guidelines

All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing via our customer contact form and acknowledged by Morocco Itinerary Days before any changes take effect.

Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed promptly to the same payment method used for booking. Please note that any delays in payment processing are outside our control.

Cancellation fees cover the direct costs associated with amending or canceling your reservation. The cancellation policy is based on the original tour departure date.

Private Morocco Tours Cancellation

Morocco tours

If you need to cancel a private tour, please notify us in writing. Cancellation fees are applied once we receive your written notice.

Low & Medium Season (January 5 – February 28, June 1 – September 30, November 1 – December 20):

Cancellation 7 days or more before the tour: 100% deposit refund or full credit toward a future tour (excluding reservation fees).
Cancellation within 6 days of the tour: Deposit is non-refundable.

High Season (March 1 – May 31, October 1 – October 31, December 21 – January 4):

Cancellation 15 days or more before the tour: 100% deposit refund or full credit toward a future tour (excluding reservation fees).
Cancellation within 14 days of the tour: Deposit is non-refundable.
